We Talked About Tracking Calories
In BossByte Episode 5, I talked about the idea of needing to track calories in order to lose weight.
This is an interesting topic because really at the end of the day, weightloss for the most part is dependent on appropriately manipulating calories. Despite this being the most efficient route possible, many people simply can't stick to tracking calories and macros, as it can become a bit burdensome.
If however, you decide that tracking calories and/or macros isn't for you, you'll need to make some special adjustments to your dieting approach to ensure that you're actually consuming an appropriate amount of food with respect to your goals.
If you're hoping to change your body composition favorably but don't care to track calories, you should definitely consider giving this short video your attention.
We Talked About Circadian Rhythm & Weight Loss

You've probably heard about your circadian rhythm before, with respect to waking and falling asleep at the same time. As it turns out though, you circadian rhythm may be intertwined with your eating habits and how the body responds to food hormonally.
This sort of information is actually quite incredible. To understand that there are cells in your stomach, regulating hunger, that are closely tied to the schedule of which you consume food.
This means that managing hunger and food intake may be as simple as eating at regular intervals, each day.

We Talked About Re-feeds
In episode 6 of BossBytes, I discussed the topic of Re-Feeds.
Re-feeds are a pre-programmed increase of calorie intake, for an indefinite amount of time, which theoretically should give your body a break from dieting, encouraging your body to continue to lose weight.
When you diet, the body adapts by reducing the amount of energy you expend. By having regular periods of time with increased calories, such as during a re-feed, it's possible you'll prevent this adaptation.
